Soldly ("we", "us"), operated by Bedly Comfort Products LLC, provides a sales-tracking app for marketplace sellers. This policy explains what data we access and how we handle it.

Information we access

When you connect a store, you authorize Soldly to read, via the store's official API:

• Order data — order totals, status, dates, line items, and quantities, used to show your sales and revenue.
• Product data — product titles and identifiers, used to label your sales.

For completed orders we may display the buyer's city, state, and country (and name where the platform provides it) so you can see where your sales come from. We do not request or store payment card numbers or full customer contact details.

How we use it

Solely to provide the app's features to you — the account holder — such as revenue totals, analytics, and notifications. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Data storage & retention

Connection credentials and aggregated order line items are stored securely to power your analytics. When you disconnect a store or uninstall the app, its connection is removed and, for Shopify, we honor Shopify's shop-redaction request by deleting the store's stored data.

Your choices

You can disconnect any store at any time from the app's Settings, which stops further access. To request deletion of your data, email jony@shopbedly.com.
